When it comes to providing good value for money, the Honda Jazz is undeniably one of the vehicles at the top of the list. While it is not perfect, it is a good buy with its sharp handling, elegant styling, and quality. It is a “personal car” for most because they identify with the car and its personality. Buyers of small cars usually connect with their car because it is a reflection of their lifestyle and their values.

For example, aside from the Honda Jazz, small cars such as the Fiat 500, Fiesta, and C2 all has its own appeal and unique charm. If families prefer to buy vehicles for utilitarian concerns, buyers of the Honda Jazz are usually individuals looking for a vehicle that is affordable, fun to use, and easy on the eye. Each vehicle is different. But if you’re interested in the Honda Jazz, chances are, it is really the vehicle for you. Here are the reasons why:

Versatile Styling and Appeal
Probably the first thing you’ll see about the 2009 Honda Jazz is that it is actually bigger than its predecessor. The old model might have looked like a fun and cheerful car when it was first released, but the new Honda Jazz makes it look somewhat updated. The sharp styling as well as the bigger internal space it provides makes the previous version look bus-like.

Its raked screen provides the vehicle with an edge roof. That, combined with the slant of the roof that drops slightly into the rear softens its stance while making the rear hatch more appealing.

Smart Interior
The interior of the Honda Jazz is quite appealing as well. Inside, there is a large screen that gives a feeling of space. The inside of the car is also surprisingly spacious. There is enough head and legroom for passengers to sit comfortable. It is easy to see why car buyers would be charmed into buying the Honda Jazz. Its upright stance makes up for its compact size and provides comfort to the passengers.

There is really nothing to complain about when looking at the interiors of the Honda Jazz. The design could have been improved with more colors (the doors, seats, and dash are done in black and shale gray) but even this is in keeping with Honda’s usual style. The Honda Jazz loses a bit of personality inside but the comfort and luxury given to passengers more than makes up for it.

Ergonomically, the Honda Jazz is also good for drivers. Settling behind the steering wheel is convenient because the controls are easily understood and within reach, the gearshift fits nicely on your hand, and visibility is excellent.

Driving Performance
The ultimate test of any vehicle is not its interior or its exterior styling, but how it performs on the road. In this case, the Honda Jazz holds up admirably as well. All versions are powered by Honda’s i-VTEC engine. Drivers have a choice among the 1.3 GLi engine, the 1.5 litre VTi, and the VTi-S model. The real strength of the Honda Jazz emerges as you are driving it.
