Digital Extra: Offroad Track
Venture into the true terrain of the G-Class: Offroad Track shows you exceptional off-road routes to follow in your vicinity. You can also create your own routes or refine existing ones. You can share your favourite routes as well as recordings of your adventures with others via the multimedia system and the Mercedes-Benz Stories app.
OFFROAD COCKPIT
Keep a complete overview: OFFROAD COCKPIT visualises all relevant data for driving in unpaved terrain. This includes the slope angle, the tilt angle and the steering angle. A compass and geocoordinates help with orientation. You can also see whether the differential locks or the off-road ratio are active.
Digital Extra: Smartphone Integration
Smartphone Integration connects the mobile phone wirelessly to the MBUX multimedia system via Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™. This gives you convenient access to the most important apps on your smartphone. You can also use apps from third-party providers such as Spotify quickly and easily. Apple CarPlay™ is a product of Apple Inc. Android Auto is a product of Google Inc. Device and app providers’ terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to the supply and use of these functions. Functions require compatible device and data plan. Data plan fees and charges are those applicable to the users compatible device. Apps, content and their features are determined by the relevant provider and not Mercedes-Benz. Vehicle audio/infotainment interface may not be used simultaneously with these functions. When functions are active, steering-wheel voice control button uses Siri® or Google voice recognition software for voice commands. Phone and internet compatability, connectivity and capabilities differ between devices, markets and vehicles. Sound personalisation
A digital set-up wizard works with you to determine your music preferences and adjusts the Burmester® Surround Sound System to your wishes. It stores the result in a personal profile. This way you can easily achieve your perfect sound setup.
Digital Extra: Extended MBUX functions
The MBUX extended functions are completely customised to you. Say "Hey Mercedes" - MBUX then waits for your wishes and learns thanks to the online connection. Personal profiles and predictive functions completely redefine what digital networking means. The use of some Digital Extras requires the permanent acceptance of the Terms of Use for Digital Extras and the Mercedes me ID Terms of Use as amended, the permanent linking of the vehicle with the Mercedes-Benz user account, the consent to the storage and retrieval of information necessary for the activation of some Digital Extras in the linked vehicle and – where applicable – the activation of the Digital Extras. At the end of limited terms, Digital Extras can be extended for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store, provided they are still available for the vehicle in question at that time. In addition, there may be further usage requirements or restrictions for the use of some Digital Extras, such as a separate customer contract with a third-party provider (e.g. streaming, conclusion of a data contract for "comfort data volume", navigation functions), the activation of additional Digital Extras to ensure functionality or selected products from third-party providers (e.g. smartphone, smartwatch). As an alternative to "Comfort data volume", the customer's own data volume (e.g. mobile hotspot) must be used, depending on the generation of your multimedia system. Information on personal data processed for the use of Digital Extras can be found in the Privacy Policy for Digital Extras. The connection of the communication module to the mobile phone network including the emergency call system depends on the respective network coverage and availability of network providers.

You can activate the feature at any time and expand your acoustic scope without the need for a workshop visit or additional hardware – for customised entertainment.

Digital Extra: MBUX Navigation Premium
With MBUX Navigation Premium, you reach your destination quickly and fully informed. Rely on up-to-date map data including an impressive satellite view, precise real-time traffic information and dynamic online route guidance. And last but not least, intelligently networked functions also make your journey safer. The components marked with * are Digital Extras. To use them, a personal Mercedes me ID and acceptance of the terms of use for the Digital Extras and smart control Services are required. In addition, the respective vehicle must be paired with the user account. Upon expiry of the initial term of three years, Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee, provided they are still offered for the corresponding vehicle at that point. Initial activation of the services is possible within 1 year of initial registration or commissioning by the customer, whichever comes first. Connection of the communication module to the mobile phone network, including Mercedes-Benz emergency call system, depends on the respective network coverage and availability of network providers.
