Centre airbag
The centre airbag can protect the chest and pelvis area of front‑seat occupants in the event of a side impact and help prevent the driver and front passenger from colliding with each other.
Thorax/pelvis sidebags for driver and front passenger
In the event of a side impact, the sidebags in the outer side of the seat backrest can protect the chest and pelvic area by deploying in the space between the door and driver or front passenger. They complement the front airbags to provide a high degree of protection and thus reduce both the risk and severity of injuries.
MBUX multimedia system with 12.3-inch touchscreen
With MBUX (Mercedes‑Benz User Experience), you get an intelligent and expandable multimedia system. Its various interfaces, the high‑resolution touchscreen and instrument display offer numerous communication and infotainment functions.[5]
Individual rear seats
You can hardly get any more comfortable in the rear, as the optional individual seat, which can be adjusted in many ways and fulfils practically every comfort requirement. The inclination of the seat backrest and armrests can be adjusted, as can the height and inclination of the luxury head restraints. The individual seat is equipped with a three‑point seat belt and ISOFIX child seat anchor. The seats can also be swivelled by 180 degrees to take up a communicative face‑to‑face position to the passengers in the 1st and 2nd rear seat rows.[3]
3-seater comfort bench seat, folding outer seat
On the optional 3‑seater comfort bench seat in the 1st or 2nd row of the passenger compartment, 3 persons enjoy especially comfortable seating. The seat backrest angle and head restraint height can be adjusted to suit individual demands. The outer sides of the bench seat feature armrests. Passengers can buckle up with integrated three‑point seat belts on all seats. V250 and V300 AMG models come with bench seats in the 1st and 2nd row. V300 EXCLUSIVE model comes with bench seat in 2nd row only. [3]
Luxury seats in the rear
Relax, recover, feel good: the optional luxury seat indulges the rear passengers with exceptional comfort. Thanks to individually adjustable massage, seat climatisation and reclining functions, as well as ambient lighting and integrated stowage compartments, virtually all comfort wishes can be fulfilled. The luxury seat is upholstered in nappa leather and is available in two colours.[3]

Active Lane Keeping Assist
Active Lane Keeping Assist[4] monitors the area in front of your vehicle and can prevent you from unintentionally leaving your lane. The system can guide you back into your lane by means of lane‑correcting steering intervention and additionally warn you by giving you noticeable feedback on the steering wheel.
Active Brake Assist
Active Brake Assist[4] can help you to avoid accidents with other road users in various situations or to mitigate the consequences of accidents. This includes, among others things, road users who are driving ahead of you, stationary, crossing or turning, as well as oncoming traffic during overtaking manoeuvres.
Blind Spot Assist with Rear Cross Traffic Alert
Blind Spot Assist[4] with Rear Cross Traffic Alert can emit visual and audible warnings to help avoid accidents when changing lane and reversing. If Blind Spot Assist detects a vehicle in the blind spot, it displays a warning with a red triangle in the corresponding exterior mirror.
Traffic Sign Assist
Traffic Sign Assist[4] can support the driver by continually displaying any detected speed limits, "no‑entry" signs and "no‑overtaking" restrictions, as well as the lifting of these restrictions, on the instrument cluster display and on the media display. This particularly helps on journeys with frequently changing speed limits, for instance in road construction zones.
Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC
The radar‑based Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC[4] automatically maintains a set distance to vehicles travelling in front, taking the strain off you on motorways or in stop‑and‑go traffic.
ATTENTION ASSIST
The ATTENTION ASSIST[4] system can help to avoid momentary microsleep and therefore provides you with increased safety, in particular when driving at night and on long journeys. The system provides you with a visual and audible warning if it identifies typical signs of fatigue or attention lapse, and suggests taking a break.
Wireless charging system for mobile devices at the front
With the wireless charging system for mobile devices, you can conveniently charge your inductively chargeable smartphone in the centre console stowage compartment while driving: without cables, plugs or holders – regardless of model and brand. While you drive, your smartphone can revive.

Parking Package with 360° camera
The Parking Package with 360° camera and Active Parking Assist makes it easier for you to find a parking space, as well as to park and depark. The 3D surround view makes the entire area around the vehicle visible, also from a bird's eye view and below the windowline.
Separately opening rear window
The separately opening rear window can be manually opened and closed independently of the tailgate. This makes it a lot easier to access the load compartment, particularly in narrow parking spaces.

THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control

TEMPMATIC semi-automatic air conditioning system in the rear
The TEMPMATIC semi‑automatic air conditioning system in the rear pampers your passengers with pleasant climate comfort. Temperature, air volume and air distribution are all automatically controlled in the heating and cooling mode. The air vents are located on the left and right in the headliner.
Rear seat climate control
The optional comfortable seat climate control features ventilation and heating for the rear seat row, thus ensuring a high level of climatic comfort. It is among the most comfortable equipment in the mid‑size van segment. The seat ventilation and seat heating each work in 3 stages.[3] Optional Luxury Seat Package.
Panoramic sliding sunroof
The optional high‑grade panoramic sliding sunroof lets plenty of light into the vehicle interior through its large glass surface, thereby lending your vehicle a bright, friendly, feel‑good atmosphere. The sliding sunroof can be electrically opened at the front and thus offers an additional way to let air into the vehicle.[3] Standard on all models except V250.
Adaptive brake lights
In the event of hard braking, the Adaptive Brake Light[4] can warn following traffic and thus help prevent rear‑end collisions. It is activated when ESP® detects an emergency braking manoeuvre – depending on braking pressure and speed.
Window airbags for driver, front passenger and in the rear
The window airbags for driver, front passenger and rear passengers offer a higher level of protection against head and face injuries in a severe side‑on collision, in particular to occupants of the outer seats in the rear.
AGILITY CONTROL suspension
The AGILITY CONTROL suspension with selective damping system adapts the damping characteristics to the road conditions and driving situation. It provides a good balance between driving comfort and agility by varying the rolling, damping and stabilising characteristics to suit the road surface and driving conditions.[1] Offer available on new and demonstrator Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific Pty Ltd (MBAuP) Vans purchased between 1 October - 31 December 2025 and settled and delivered by 31 December 2025, unless extended.
